This pendant is made of a 14-karat gold round medal covered in blue enamel with a 14-k gold cross layered on top. The cross sports a small emerald in the middle. The whole medal is then set on top 925- silver for added thickness. It also sports three small diamonds on the lower edge of the pendant.
